The Horner Run Development

Better Housing Coalition, a nonprofit community development organization creating opportunities through high-quality, affordable housing, engaged J2H Partners on the Horner Run Development project in Midlothian, VA. Partnering with Purcell Construction, Winks-Snowa, and Balzer & Associates, the completed project will consist of a 3-story, 49-unit affordable apartment building with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units as well as a fitness center, community room and business center for residents. Despite record rainfall in the area since ground-breaking, the project is currently on schedule, with an anticipated completion near the end of 2024.
