The doctors at the Virginia Spine Institute (VSI) needed support to relocate their office to a new 33,500-SF facility. Upon interviewing multiple firms, VSI selected J2H Partners to help them manage this relocation. J2H assembled the design, construction and move teams to support the project. The recently finished space cost $4.1 million with over $1 million in value engineering being proposed and over $500k ultimately being accepted. J2H’s leadership allowed VSI to make the transition into their new world class space without loss of productivity and patient care.
