Tom Doherty

Tom has an extensive background in real estate management and is a data center expert with over 40 years of experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, design, construction, and facility management. He has led several high-performing teams for Bell Atlantic, Verizon, WB Engineers | Consultants, Aligned Data Centers, and more. Tom was instrumental in helping establish Aligned Data Centers, a multi-billion dollar global data center company. His experience in mission-critical engineering and building new customer-focused mission-critical business solutions is pivotal to oversight and leadership in J2H’s data center projects. 

Tom is a licensed professional engineer (NY, NJ), DCEP certified, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
