Deepwater Industrial Park

DSC Partners, a commercial real estate investment group, engaged J2H Partners to provide owner's representation services to help with the delivery of their Deepwater Industrial Park investment in Richmond, VA. The first project was a 1.2 million square foot out-of-the-ground build distribution center. It was completed on time and on budget despite ongoing supply chain issues as well as inflation in the labor and materials market. The space was delivered to Lowe’s Corporate in September 2022.

Based on the success of the initial project, two additional flex industrial warehouse projects were added. One is a $12M, 120,000 square foot project that was completed in March 2023, while the other is a $20M, 200,000 square foot project that was completed in May 2023.
