The $10 million project included a new Margaritaville-themed timeshare unit, sales center, and exterior amenities. Work involved gutting a wing of 200 guestrooms to the concrete structure and constructing a new 5,000-SF Caribbean regional timeshare sales center, 120 new timeshare units, and large suites, special FF&E package and kitchenettes, and a new gym/fitness center. The project also included the install of new MEP systems, pool and pool decks, and a “5 o’Clock Somewhere” bar.
